This project involves the development of a dynamic and responsive website for Vashisht, a major technical fest at IIITDM. The website serves as a central hub for all event-related information and provides a user-friendly platform for over 2000 students to access event details, register, and purchase tickets. The key focus was on improving accessibility, ensuring the site worked seamlessly on various devices, and delivering an enhanced user experience.
This portal is a robust system designed to address the common issue of lost and found items in an educational institution. It allows students to log lost items and found items, integrating secure authentication and verification mechanisms to maintain accountability. By providing detailed logging, the platform tracks items, making it easier for owners to reclaim their belongings. The portal enhances security through student login systems and automated tracking processes.
This project was designed to enhance research efficiency by providing summarized content on a wide range of topics. Built as part of OpenHack-24 at IISc, it leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract and summarize key information from articles and provide relevant external links for further reading. The project is designed to assist users in quickly gathering information without having to read lengthy articles, making it especially useful for research or academic purposes.
